Silicon Valley Bank, known for its financing of startups, went underwater one day, quite literally. The bank had installed a fish tank in the lobby to impress clients, but it turned out that the tank was too large and too heavy for the building's foundation. One day, the tank burst, flooding the lobby and causing extensive damage to the building. The irony of Silicon Valley Bank going underwater was not lost on the community, and the incident quickly became a running joke in the tech world.

In a world where everything had a price tag, the "Life Lottery" offered a chance to win something non-financial that could change lives.  People played and experienced bizarre and hilarious events: mime shows, adopted stray animals, danced to music they didn't understand, and ate unusual amazing food.  Money was no longer everything in a lottery.
